About Judge Mullin…

It has been an honor to succeed the Honorable William (Bill) Rose as your Town of Onondaga Justice. I seek your support to continue to serve on the bench as Town Justice with your vote this Fall.

My wife, Patty, and I have lived in the Town of Onondaga for 33 years. This is where we raised our four children. During my career as an attorney, I have worked tirelessly in the legal profession and have always believed it is necessary to be of service to your community and town.

Service to the Community

  • President, Onondaga Free Library: served multiple terms on the Board of Trustees eventually serving as the President of the Board of Trustees. As President, I led the successful construction campaign of the award-winning expansion of the library. This considerable undertaking for our Town resulted in recognition in surveys as one of the best libraries in the county and brought about massive growth for our community library.
  • Officer of the Executive Board of Trustees, Make-A-Wish Central New York: served as a volunteer and presently as an officer of the Executive Board of Trustees. This most rewarding service results in granting wishes to children in need. While on the Board, I have witnessed tremendous growth in the record number of wishes granted over the five counties in Central New York.
  • Parish Pastoral Council, Basilica of Sacred Heart of Jesus: served three terms on the Council working on roof and basement renovations for the Basilica, helping the parish with outreach to the local community.
  • Board Member, Geddes Little League: served on the league’s board and coached girls’ softball teams (ages 9-15 yrs.). Helped grow participation for the boys’ and girls’ teams each year.
